Huhuland is a veterinary post-surgical apparel brand incubated by Lockzone (Beijing) Medical Technology, a Chinese medical soft-support manufacturer founded in 2021. We apply the compression-management approach used in human post-operative care to the surgical recovery period of companion animals.
What the recovery
period actually looks like
Spay and neuter procedures, hernia repair and subcutaneous mass removal all end the same way: a clipped patch of skin, a line of sutures, and one to two weeks in which the animal has to be kept away from its own wound. That window is where Huhuland is designed to be useful.
The incision is within reach
Cats and dogs go for the wound as soon as it itches. The usual answer is a plastic cone, which most animals resist and many owners quietly remove at home.
Gauze moves during normal activity
Loose gauze held by tape or a bandage shifts as the animal walks, jumps and lies down, which exposes the wound between clinic visits.
Dressing changes fall to the owner
Re-wrapping a bandage correctly is difficult for a non-clinical person, so the quality of care between appointments varies a great deal.
Every design decision in the system — the 420D high-stretch fabric, the hexagonal honeycomb weave, the self-fastening gauze pad — exists to handle a wound like this one, not to satisfy a spec sheet.
One system instead of
three separate items
In practice a veterinarian reaches for three things after surgery: gauze, a bandage or tape to hold it, and something to stop the animal reaching the wound. Huhuland combines those into one product — and because the pad fastens to the garment, it is far less likely to shift while the animal moves around.

Compression garment
420D high-stretch fabric with a hexagonal honeycomb weave. It follows the animal's torso as it moves and provides adjustable, controlled compression across the recovery period.

Sterile gauze pad
Eight layers of medical cotton gauze, individually sterile-packed and ready to use straight from the pouch. Highly absorbent, so the wound surface stays dry for longer.

Self-fastening structure
Hook-and-loop on the back of the pad mates directly with the inside of the garment. This structure is the core claim of the utility model patent granted in July 2026 (ZL 2025 2 1668243.2).

One-step dressing change
No re-wrapping. The owner opens a fresh pad, presses it onto the garment and puts the garment back on — simple enough to explain over a message.

Hexagonal honeycomb weave
The honeycomb structure holds its shape rather than going slack, so the garment keeps following the torso through the whole recovery period.
SGS test · 10,000 cycles
The garment's hook-and-loop closure was tested independently by SGS: 83% peel strength retention after 10,000 open-close cycles, above the 80% industry requirement.
Directed support over the wound area
Two independently adjustable straps let a veterinarian apply additional directed pressure over a specific area when that is called for.
Picks up less dust
Pets sit close to the ground and attract dust easily. The anti-static finish reduces how much of it clings to the garment.
Useful after recovery too
The reflective strip works as a high-visibility marker on night walks once the recovery period is over.
Wider waist for cats, narrower for dogs
Cat and dog torsos are modelled separately rather than sharing one universal cut, which would compromise both freedom of movement and pressure accuracy.

The integrated garment-and-pad structure was granted a utility model patent by the China National Intellectual Property Administration on 17 July 2026, under the title 《一种宠物术后康复压力服》 (A pet post-operative recovery compression garment). Who is behind Huhuland
Huhuland is operated by Lockzone (Beijing) Medical Technology Co., Ltd. The parent brand, Lockzone, was founded by Wang Yang in 2021 and makes soft-support and fixation products for human post-operative care. Huhuland is its veterinary line.

Lockzone holds five granted Chinese patents — one invention patent and four utility models — covering the core structures of its human post-operative soft-support and fixation range. Huhuland's own utility model patent is separate from those five and is not counted with them.
